pCon.creator is an application for the creation and maintenance of OFML data. This covers the area of OFML base data (commercial information, graphical data for 2d and 3d visualization and catalogs). This product provides features to import data from external data sources e.g. commercial data and CAD data.

The final OFML data development process can be organized using pCon.creator. This includes the integration of additional extended OFML planning data in the final OFML data set and final generation of data installation packages which can be published on pCon.update.

EGR-LocalTestBox 2.5.2

The EGR-LocalTestBox as a stand-alone test framework allows to simulate the online services pCon.box and pCon.basket on a local system with own OFML data. This allows OFML data updates to be tested in these online services before they are published via pCon.update, and specific problems to be identified and eliminated in advance.

For product information providers (usually manufacturers) the PI-API is provided. Via this interface, the OFML manufacturers provide the product information (e.g. inspirations, brochures, contact information) that is displayed in many pCon applications.

In some pCon applications, additional product information is provided for the articles. This includes product images, product brochures, assembly and operating instructions, as well as supplementary information. This product information offers the user considerable added value.

The product information service makes it possible to provide a wide variety of product information. The type of information offered in detail depends on the product type and manufacturer.

The Article Update Plugin provides an easy way to update large amounts of DWG or PEC files or to convert DWGs to PEC format. It is a quick means to process huge numbers of files with comprehensive content – like complex configurations or typicals, e.g. functional groups composed of different articles. Furthermore, the Article Update Plugin can be used to purge or audit DWG and PEC files or to set the price date for large amounts of articles.
